- We use dipping process
We use an immersion process to chemically prepare the surface
before powder coating.
Our line consists of 8 bath tubes (18m3 each) and a drying zone. In each tube, the processed elements are dipped in the bath and undergo a specific processing sequence. We control the processing time, concentration and temperature of the baths.
Transport between stages is carried out by a overhead conveyor.

Used system allows us to apply powder from both sides at the same time.
During automatic application, we control the dosing of powder paint to the manipulators in order to obtain a coating with parameters consistent with the order specifications. 2 powder cabins and 26 GEMA guns give us the ability to efficiently coat demanding details.

- The polymerization stage is carried out in a continuous "go-thru" furnace with temperature stabilization.
Thanks to measurement with pyrometers, we fully control the
temperature and curing time.
